Just a few months ago, the BYD Seal went on sale in India, with three different varieties available: Dynamic, Premium, and Performance. These variations have prices ranging from Rs 41 lakh to Rs 53 lakh. These costs are ex-showroom amounts. There are currently festive discounts of up to Rs 2.50 lakh on the electric vehicle. Customers who take advantage of this special offer on the well-liked EV can save a significant amount of money. Customers can acquire an EV at a more competitive price with this festive discount, supporting the growing trend toward sustainable mobility. Greener driving aficionados and EV lovers are anticipated to find the deal appealing.

Consumers who choose to buy the premium Seal model are eligible for incentives worth up to Rs 2.5 lakh. This deal comes with a three-year service and maintenance package of Rs 50,000 in addition to a cash discount of Rs 2 lakh. In the meantime, purchasers of the Premium version are eligible for rewards totaling Rs 1 lakh. The ex-showroom pricing of the Seal Performance variant is lowered to Rs 51 lakh after taking into consideration holiday sales.

Battery and Range of the BYD Seal EV
The BYD Seal has an 800V electrical design but is based on the same e-platform 3.0 as the Atto 3 and Dolphin. It comes with two battery choices that make use of BYD’s unique blade technology. With a 201-bhp electric motor installed on the rear axle, the smaller 61.44kWh battery is said to have a 510-kilometer range.

BYD Seal EV: Specifications and Layout
The Seal has dimensions of 1,875 mm in width, 1,460 mm in height, and 4,800 mm in length. The drag coefficient of this object is less than 0.21. Inspired on the Ocean X concept unveiled in 2021, the EV adopts the Chinese automaker’s ‘Ocean Aesthetics’ design language. It has a smooth, coupe-like roofline, full-width LED light bar at the back, split headlights with boomerang-shaped LED DRLs, flush-fitting door handles, and 19-inch dual-tone alloy wheels. Arctic Blue, Atlantis Grey, Aurora White, and Cosmos Black are the four possible paint jobs.

The car has ten airbags, a 360-degree camera, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) to provide complete protection on the safety front.
