      BYD India celebrated the opening of its first electric passenger vehicle dealership in Nagpur, Maharashtra, marking a noteworthy milestone. This dealership, known as BYD Garnet, confirms BYD’s dedication to the Indian market by bringing its total to 25 showrooms throughout the country.

      Distinguished guests and devoted customers were present at the opening ceremony, which included KS Cheema, Chairman & Managing Director of BYD’s Garnet, and Sanjay Gopalakrishnan, Senior Vice President of Electric Passenger Vehicle Business at BYD India. With 10,882 square feet for the workshop and 2390 square feet for the showroom, BYD Garnet hopes to give BYD clients in Nagpur a relaxing and all-encompassing experience.

      “The opening of BYD Garnet marks a significant step in BYD India’s customer service journey in Nagpur,” stressed Sanjay Gopalakrishnan, Senior Vice President of Electric Passenger Vehicle Business at BYD India. “Our dedication to providing our customers with a seamless and convenient experience is reflected in our modern dealership. The BYD Garnet team is committed to going above and beyond to make sure that the switch to electric ownership and mobility goes smoothly”.

      KS Cheema, Chairman & Managing Director of BYD Garnet, highlighted Nagpur’s pivotal role in India’s electric vehicle revolution, stating, “Nagpur has been India’s pioneer in adopting electric mass mobility systems, and BYD Garnet is proud to be at the forefront of this movement. With our new dealership, we are committed to providing Nagpur residents with convenient access to BYD’s industry-leading electric vehicles and expertise for a smooth transition to clean, sustainable transportation.”

      BYD’s Garnet offers a range of BYD’s pure electric vehicles, complemented by well-trained sales advisors, a dedicated customer lounge, and a spacious display floor to ensure a seamless car buying and after-sales experience.
