In a strategic move to accelerate electric vehicle adoption in North India, BYD India has inaugurated a brand-new showroom in Hisar, Haryana. The facility aims to bring the company’s advanced electric vehicle lineup closer to customers while promoting sustainable mobility across the region.
Located in partnership with Aura BYD, the new showroom is designed to deliver a premium customer experience, offering sales, service, and support for BYD’s latest EV models, including the BYD Seal, BYD Atto 3, and BYD e6. The launch is part of BYD India’s continued expansion drive, which seeks to strengthen its presence in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities while contributing to India’s growing EV infrastructure.
Speaking on the occasion, Sanjay Gopalakrishnan, Senior Vice President of Electric Passenger Vehicles, BYD India, said, “Our Hisar showroom marks another milestone in BYD’s commitment to empowering India’s green mobility transition. Haryana is a key market for us, and we’re confident that this launch will help more customers experience the advantages of electric driving.”
The Hisar outlet reflects BYD’s global vision of promoting zero-emission mobility and aligns with India’s FAME-II and EV30@30 initiatives, which aim to boost electric vehicle penetration nationwide. The company continues to focus on enhancing its sales network, with more showrooms planned across North and West India by 2026.
