bp pulse has partnered with Chargefox to significantly expand access to its rapid and ultra-fast charging network across the country. The collaboration enables more EV drivers to easily locate and use bp pulse chargers via the Chargefox app, improving convenience, reducing charging anxiety, and supporting the growing adoption of electric vehicles nationwide.
Antoine Denis, General Manager of bp pulse Australia, said the collaboration leverages the company’s global EV charging expertise to build a robust fast-charging network supported by bp’s retail footprint, including wildbean cafe outlets.
The integration will allow over 300,000 Chargefox app users to access an additional 270+ charging plugs, helping reduce range anxiety—particularly for new EV users and long-distance travellers.
Chargefox stated that the roaming agreement strengthens its position as a leading EV charging platform in Australia by expanding charger availability across metropolitan, regional, and rural areas.
The partnership is expected to enhance convenience for EV drivers, allowing them to charge their vehicles while accessing amenities such as food and beverages during stops, further supporting the transition to electric mobility.
