BorgWarner will be showcasing its product innovations targeted at enhancing the sustainability of commercial transportation at IAA Transportation 2024, which will be held in Hanover, Germany from September 17 to 22 (Booth C65 in Hall 12).

The introduction of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery packs for commercial vehicles is one product highlight, which comes after BorgWarner and FinDreams Batteries recently announced their partnership. These cutting-edge LFP battery packs represent a substantial advancement in improving the productivity, economy, and sustainability of commercial vehicle operations.

Paul Farrell, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, BorgWarner said, “We are glad to once again be part of IAA Transportation. It’s a tremendous opportunity to showcase our technologies for efficient and clean commercial vehicles, across electric, hybrid and combustion architectures. We’re looking forward to discussing BorgWarner’s technological advancements and commitment to driving innovation in the commercial vehicle market with our customers, media representatives, and other visitors on site.”

BorgWarner will introduce a wide range of cutting-edge commercial vehicle technologies, including 800V eFans, high-efficiency turbochargers, exhaust recirculation technologies, battery coolers, and eMotors, in addition to the debut of the LFP battery packs and the new DC charging station. These state-of-the-art innovations aim to satisfy the changing needs of the transportation sector while simultaneously improving CV sustainability and efficiency.
