The CE 02 and the comparatively larger CE 04 are the two models in BMW Motorrad’s electric two-wheeler lineup. The CE 02’s distinct features and small size make it stand out from the competition. The brand has presented a new version of the EV that was created in partnership with Deus Ex Machina in order to further increase its wow factor. This Australian apparel company is now involved in two-wheeler customisation. It should be mentioned that the brand is also present in live performances and music via Deus Records.

It is being considered a “mobile DJ booth on two wheels” and is known as the BMW DE 02. Deus was given the responsibility of designing a new leather saddle for the CE 02 and installing a foldable DJ turntable and four small Marshall speakers. BMW is currently taking the two-wheeler on a tour of France. It will then be on exhibit at a number of BMW Motorrad dealerships before making an appearance in Deus Ex Machina shops around the nation.

It’s likely that the BMW DE 02 will remain a one-off model and not be sold. On the other hand, it will probably serve as an example for others who want to personalise their electric motorcycles in a distinctive and eccentric manner.

The base price of the BMW CE 02 (ex-showroom) in India is Rs 4.50 lakh. A 3.9 kWh battery pack with a 95 km (WMTC range) range is included. The scooter can go from 0 to 50 km/h in 3 seconds thanks to its air-cooled synchronous motor. The maximum speed, meanwhile, is restricted to 95 km/h.
