BLive plans to strengthen its relationships with food and e-commerce food aggregators while expanding its platform to accommodate 10,000 electric vehicles in the current fiscal year.

About 5,000 electric vehicles are already on Blive’s platform, which mostly links fleet operators and online delivery app-based businesses. Of those, about 1,000 are part of Blive’s EZY program, which enables “anyone” to own EV fleets that are subsequently rented to other companies.

The company intends to double its revenue to Rs 100 crore by March 2026 by adding three-wheelers to its lineup in addition to boosting the number of two-wheelers on the platform. Officials from the company stated that fleet rentals are currently the main source of income.

BLive plans to systematically onboard e-commerce food aggregators to purchase fleet vehicles to be deployed with gig economy workers, as the e-commerce industry expands into non-metro areas.

Investors such as DNA Networks, LetsVenture, Trescon, and Mumbai Angels have invested approximately USD 2.5 million in the company. Now, the company management is planning an additional USD 5 million Series A funding from current and new investors, which includes family offices of large corporates, micro VCs, sector-focused VCs, and strategic investors.

The company plans to use the proceeds of its fundraising to enhance the company’s technological infrastructure across five states, focusing on Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune.

Samarth Kholkar, CEO and Co-founder, said that BLive is looking to consolidate its position in the two-wheeler rental business and, at the same time, make its debut into three-wheeler EV rental operations and first- and mid-mile logistics.

The company intends to streamline and optimise all aspects of fleet management by enabling seamless integration for demand generation, allowing fleet operators to maximise asset utilisation across various operational scenarios.

According to Samarth, “This plug-and-play capability improves fleet efficiency and revenue generation. We provide fleet operators with affordable fleet financing and a diverse multi-brand EV selection, all powered by our full-stack Smart Fleet Management Solution, which improves operational efficiency and fleet utilisation.”

BLive also operates a network of centralised EV Hubs, which serve as service and charging stations for its fleet operators. The company currently has more than 70 partnerships and a growing fleet operator base across five cities.
