Alternative credit platform BlackSoil has invested ₹750 million (about USD 8.1 million) in electric vehicle manufacturer Euler Motors as part of a funding round following the company’s Series D raise.
The capital infusion is aimed at supporting Euler Motors’ working capital requirements and expansion plans, including strengthening manufacturing infrastructure, operations and further electrification of its vehicle portfolio and ecosystem.
Euler Motors specialises in producing electric cargo three‑wheelers targeted at commercial applications such as e‑commerce, hyperlocal delivery and logistics fleets. The investment from BlackSoil comes after the company completed its Series D funding in May 2025, a round that included several other investors.
BlackSoil said the investment aligns with its strategy of deploying alternative capital at key growth stages for companies showing operating momentum and long‑term value creation potential, reflecting confidence in both Euler Motors and the broader electric mobility sector in India.
The move also follows recent plans by Hero MotoCorp to invest an additional ₹275 crore in Euler Motors, increasing its stake and participation in the commercial EV segment.
India’s EV market continues to expand, with electric vehicle sales reaching record levels and contributing to a growing focus on clean commercial mobility solutions.
