In order to assist last-mile delivery activities in India with a variety of electric and green vehicles, India’s top green mobility start-up, BikeWo Green Tech Limited, has announced a strategic relationship with Instakart Services Private Limited, a logistics subsidiary of the Flipkart Group.

Flipkart has started operations in seven states, optimising last-mile logistics to ensure faster and more dependable deliveries. The business has a strong network of more than 1300 dedicated delivery partners and has deployed tech-enabled green cars across its designated delivery hubs. An organised framework that includes integrated route planning, trained delivery staff, and adherence to service-level expectations will be used to carry out operations. Instakart Services Private Limited’s strict safety, data security, and performance guidelines will also be followed, along with the regular submission of hub-wise capacity plans.

BikeWo’s integrated technology platform, which facilitates hub-wise capacity planning, AI-driven route optimisation, and real-time performance tracking, will be used to carry out the partnership’s activities. It is anticipated that this infrastructure will lower the carbon footprint of typical logistical operations while improving efficiency and scalability.

For both businesses, the collaboration is a significant step forward in their environmental endeavours. BikeWo reinforces its position as a national leader in logistics led by electric vehicles, while Flipkart continuously invests in decarbonising its supply chain.

“This is a shared commitment to climate-conscious growth, not just a partnership,” stated Manideep Katepalli, Managing Director of BikeWo Green Tech Limited. “It’s critical that logistics keep up with the growth in e-commerce volumes, both in terms of speed and sustainability. We take pride in supporting Flipkart’s efforts to create a more sustainable future.”

By 2030, Flipkart wants a significant percentage of its fleet of last-mile delivery vans to be electric. The partnership with BikeWo, which blends large-scale sustainability with technology-driven logistics, reflects this goal.

This achievement demonstrates BikeWo Green Tech Limited’s dedication to sustainable logistics, technical integration, and operational readiness. The business is still concentrating on formal alliances that complement its skills in urban transportation infrastructure and EV-based logistics. By collaborating with companies from a variety of sectors to offer zero-emission last-mile services, BikeWo has effectively strengthened its position in the electric logistics sector. This collaboration represents its most extensive nationwide involvement to date.
