This collaboration will support Bijliride’s expansion across major Indian cities, scaling its rental and enterprise fleet while promoting sustainable urban mobility.
Under the agreement, BGauss will supply high-performance electric scooters, including models like the C12i Max and Oowah, to become a core part of Bijliride’s growing fleet.
Fleet Expansion Plans: Scaling to 10,000 EVs
Bijliride currently operates a fleet of 3,000 EVs. Through this partnership, the company plans to add 7,000 BGauss electric scooters, reaching a total of 10,000 vehicles by December 2026. The vehicles are designed for durability, rider comfort, and operational efficiency, supporting both individual riders and gig workers.
Phase 1 of the rollout focuses on Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Delhi NCR, cities selected for their high demand in last-mile logistics, shared mobility, and urban commuting.
