To increase the use of electric vehicles in India, Atul Greentech Private Limited (AGPL), a division of Atul Auto Limited, has partnered with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). Through this partnership, HPCL’s HP GAS distributor network will be used to promote AGPL’s electric three-wheelers, ENERGIE and ENERGIE 2. The goal of this project is to encourage environmentally friendly transportation in both urban and rural areas.

With its HP GAS distribution network, HPCL, which is well-known in India for its vast efforts in the refining and distribution of petroleum products, also provides services to millions of consumers. Through the cooperation, AGPL’s EV solutions will become more widely available across the country by utilizing HPCL’s extensive customer base and reach. The government’s emphasis on greener energy and electric mobility will be supported by HPCL distributors marketing and selling AGPL’s ENERGIE and ENERGIE 2 models through this distribution network.

The ENERGIE and ENERGIE 2 electric three-wheelers from AGPL are designed to satisfy the need for environmentally friendly transportation in a variety of locations. AGPL will have a larger platform for distributing these EVs thanks to HPCL’s network, which may aid in meeting India’s demand for reasonably priced, eco-friendly transportation options.

“The partnership is a significant development in AGPL’s commitment to electric mobility, aligning with India’s ongoing efforts to reduce carbon emissions and advance clean energy alternatives,” said Dr. Vijay Kedia, Director of Atul Auto. He stated that the partnership is anticipated to benefit consumers and support the nation’s transition to more environmentally friendly modes of transportation.
