Ather Energy has introduced ExpressCare, a service allowing customers to get their scooters serviced within 60 minutes without compromising on service quality.

This initiative aims to redefine the vehicle servicing experience by providing quick, efficient, and high-quality service. As of now, there are 20 ExpressCare service centers across the top 11 cities, and the company plans to expand the number to 50 by March 2024 as part of its ongoing expansion strategy.

ExpressCare’s design places a high value on client time, guaranteeing a quick and seamless service encounter. The procedure entails two highly qualified technicians working on a scooter at the same time to finish a thorough repair in 60 minutes, thus cutting down on typical servicing periods and enabling clients to return to driving sooner. Additionally, an appointment system will be implemented in the ExpressCare workshops, allowing patrons to schedule spaces ahead of time for added convenience. The expedited service is available to customers for a little fee of between Rs. 125 and Rs. 150. Over 2000 consumers have used ExpressCare in the previous two months, demonstrating the service’s considerable popularity, according to the business.

Ravneet Singh Phokela, Chief Business Officer of Ather Energy, said, “We have always believed in an ecosystem approach when it comes to building EVs, and providing a seamless service experience is part of it. To further enhance the service experience, we are introducing ExpressCare, which will ensure quicker service. We will continue to introduce more services in the coming months to provide a hassle-free experience to consumers.”

Currently, Ather Energy operates 156 service centers across India and plans to add 50 more by March 2024.
