Ather Energy Limited, one of India’s leading electric two-wheeler manufacturers, has announced the launch of its Ather Service Carnival, a nationwide initiative offering exclusive service benefits and festive discounts for electric vehicle (EV) owners. The program, designed to ensure smooth and worry-free rides during the festive season, is available across 400+ Ather service centres in India.

      Comprehensive Vehicle Health Check

As part of the Ather Service Carnival, customers can avail themselves of a free 15-point vehicle health check-up covering key components such as brakes, tyres, suspension, and electronics. This comprehensive assessment ensures that Ather scooters are in optimal condition for safe and reliable riding throughout the festive period.

      Exclusive Festive Discounts

Ather Energy is also offering attractive festive season discounts, making routine maintenance more affordable for EV owners:

      • 10% off on paid labour and brake pads

      • 15% off on painted body parts

      • 20% off on polish services

These offers are aimed at enhancing the customer ownership experience while encouraging regular maintenance for improved vehicle longevity.

      Enhanced Ownership Experience

      An Ather spokesperson stated,

“With the Ather Service Carnival, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable riding experience this festive season. This initiative reflects our commitment to transparency, convenience, and customer satisfaction.”

The carnival is part of Ather’s broader efforts to improve EV ownership experience, including services like Ather Care, Ather ExpressCare, and Gold Service Centres, which provide faster turnaround times and premium service quality at no extra cost.

      Nationwide Service Network Expansion

Ather Energy recently achieved a major milestone, crossing 500 Experience Centres (ECs) across India, with plans to expand to 700 ECs by FY26. The company has also celebrated the rollout of its 500,000th vehicle from its Hosur manufacturing plant, reinforcing its growing presence in India’s EV market.

Currently, Ather operates two manufacturing plants in Hosur, Tamil Nadu—one for vehicle assembly and another for battery production—and is in the process of setting up Factory 3.0 in Bidkin, Maharashtra, underlining its commitment to scaling EV manufacturing and service infrastructure nationwide.

      Driving Sustainable Mobility

The Ather Service Carnival underscores the company’s dedication to enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting sustainable mobility solutions in India. By providing festive season offers and ensuring optimal vehicle performance, Ather Energy reinforces its mission to make EV ownership convenient, reliable, and rewarding.
