      Altigreen New Centre Now Open in Barasat, West Bengal

      India’s leading electric two-wheeler manufacturer, Altigreen has recently launched its twenty-first dealership and brand centre in Barasat, West Bengal.

      brand centre The brand centre was officially opened in Barasat (West Bengal), which is a suburb of Kolkata, situated to its northeast.

      The facility was inaugurated by Amitabh Saran, Founder and CEO of Altigreen.

      The dealer partner in Barasat is the Kolkata-based Celica Group. Celica owns dealerships for major automotive brands like Kia, Jeep, Citroën, and Harley Davidson. The group, established circa 1980 by Mayank Poddar, also has interests in real estate, property development, and commercial property rentals.

      Speaking at the event Amitabh Saran, Founder and CEO of Altigreen said, “We are very grateful for the opportunity to make the City of Joy a cleaner, greener, and pollution-free place. Celica has decades of experience in automobile retail which will be very helpful in strengthening our EV reach across the state. Altigreen would continue to offer the best-suited EVs for Indian cargo and passenger mobility needs.”

      Adarsh Tulshan, Managing Director of the Celica Group, said, “We are very happy to be associated with Altigreen and to contribute to a greener future. The West Bengal government has set an ambitious target to be among the top three states in terms of electric mobility penetration by 2030. Our customers would greatly benefit from the state’s generous EV subsidies. For our part, Celica’s Altigreen brand centre will make every effort to ensure that our customers have the best sales and service experience.”
