The AIC T-Hub Program’s mobility cohort has begun, according to a joint announcement from the AIC and the Atal Incubation Centre (AIC).

The firms that have been chosen will concentrate on important domains such as distribution networks, shared mobility solutions, electric car development, battery technology, and battery management systems (BMS). VPush Technologies Pvt Ltd, Sock8, Zeromatter Tech Pvt Ltd, Electriq, Savy Electrics, Blumotiv, Sunmit Electronics, and Bambam Kart are some of the firms that were chosen.

The program’s three months are designed to give companies access to market pilot opportunities, investor connections, cooperative group sessions, and one-on-one coaching. With the help of these tools, companies will be able to attract investors, get their first clients, apply for grants and incentives from the government, and improve their business plans. Startups were selected based on product innovation, business viability, and founder qualifications.

Mahankali Srinivas Rao (MSR), CEO, T-Hub, said, “Empowering startups to drive the wheels of innovation forward, AIC T-Hub’s Mobility Cohort accelerates the journey towards a sustainable automotive future. With visionary startups onboard, we are charging ahead, catalysing breakthroughs in battery tech, EV development, and shared mobility solutions.”

Rajesh Adla, CEO, AIC T-Hub Foundation, said, “In every stride, AIC T-Hub remains steadfast as a guiding light for startups. Our unwavering mission is to equip every startup in the cohort with the necessary guidance and resources, empowering them to ascend to unparalleled heights of success.”

Looking forward, AIC T-Hub envisions establishing an EV lab for startups and forging collaborations with automotive giants to bolster market penetration and fuel innovation in the mobility sector. AIC T-Hub remains steadfast in its commitment to shaping India’s automotive industry’s future, fostering innovation through partnerships with corporations, startups, policymakers, and academia to drive sustainable growth.

Since its inception, AIC T-Hub has nurtured 147 startups, facilitated funding totalling Rs 15 crore and engaged over 100 mentors, thus significantly enriching the innovation ecosystem.
