Royal Enfield is gearing up for an aggressive product expansion between 2026 and 2027, strengthening its internal combustion engine (ICE) portfolio while making a decisive entry into the electric vehicle (EV) space.

Electrification will play a central role in the brand’s future roadmap. Leading this shift is the Flying Flea C6, the first model under Royal Enfield’s new Flying Flea electric sub-brand. Inspired by the company’s historic lightweight military motorcycle, the C6 adopts a minimalist design with exposed structural elements and a distinctive girder-style front suspension. Built on a lightweight platform for urban mobility, it is expected to debut in 2026.

Following the C6 will be the Flying Flea S6, which shares the same electric architecture but features scrambler-inspired styling, longer suspension travel and dual-purpose wheels. The S6 is likely to arrive in 2027. Both models will utilize common battery components and technology.

An electrified version of the Royal Enfield Himalayan is also in development, further expanding the company’s EV ambitions in the adventure touring segment.

On the ICE front, Royal Enfield continues to expand its twin-cylinder lineup. One of the most anticipated additions is the Royal Enfield Bullet 650, which blends the brand’s traditional design language with its proven 648 cc parallel-twin engine producing 47 bhp and over 52 Nm of torque. The motor is paired with a six-speed gearbox and assist-and-slipper clutch.

In addition, the limited-run Royal Enfield Classic 650 Anniversary Edition was showcased at EICMA, commemorating the company’s 125-year legacy. The model stands out with a unique red-and-gold colour-shifting paint scheme and blacked-out detailing, and is expected to be offered in limited numbers.

Looking ahead, Royal Enfield is also believed to be developing a larger-capacity Royal Enfield Himalayan 750, aimed at strengthening its touring credentials in India and overseas markets. A bigger-displacement version of the Continental GT is also under development, though the existing Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 will continue alongside it.

The Continental GT 650 itself is expected to receive updates later this year, including revisions to the suspension setup and potential braking enhancements such as dual front disc rotors.

Alongside these launches, Royal Enfield is preparing additional models based on its 450 cc and 650 cc platforms, as well as refreshed offerings within its popular 350 cc lineup, reinforcing its presence across multiple segments.

With a balanced strategy combining electrification and larger-capacity motorcycles, Royal Enfield appears set for one of its most significant product offensives in recent years.
